Several Random Things to Share

There is an amazingly dumb, absolutely hillarious show on SciFi. It's called Who Wants to be a Superhero. It airs on Thursday nights. For some good watercooler conversation, I think it's worth checking out. Be prepared to feel a little dumber for having watched it though.

I'm looking for some good churches to visit (besides Trinity). I'm not looking to transfer membership or anything, I would just like to see what's out there, so if anybody has any suggestions . . .

Guess what?!? I get to sing w/ the Aletheians at some reception this Saturday night. A big sarcastic yeah! Don't get me wrong, I love to sing with them, but we haven't sung in about a month and it also means that five of them (except Chris, who already booked his plane ticket) have to come in 2 or 3 days early. I feel for them . . .

We finally heard from my dad in the Philippines. Seems to be having a good time and already they have seen 9 people saved.

A nice praise: I have no job until school starts so money is a bit tight right now. I committed almost a year ago to give a certain amout to missions every week and I wasn't sure how I was going to give it without dipping into my saving even further, so I asked God to provide. Well, for two weeks now he has with a little more on the top. That's so exciting!

That is the end of my random news for anyone who might care. I can't wait until school starts. I'm not sure how many times I've said that already but it's true. Call me any of you readers and we'll hang out before things get crazy.

I'm surprised your not tired of new of new churches after singing with the Aletheians. I'm guessing you saw quite a few.
